Will it be Hammer time-up for Liverpool’s Premier League title bid?

LIVERPOOL’S Premier League title hopes suffered a huge blow with a midweek derby defeat and it will be game over for Jurgen Klopp’s men if they drop more points at West Ham today.

That 2-0 loss at Goodison Park left the Reds three points behind leaders Arsenal with an inferior goal difference so Liverpool need both the Gunners and Manchester City to slip up twice heading down the home straight.

It’s hard to see that happening and few people would also bet on the Anfield side winning their last four matches based on recent displays.

But West Ham’s form is even worse, with three defeats and a draw in their last four outings, and a return to Europe next season looks unlikely if they fail to spark back into life.

West Ham United vs Liverpool: Top Betting Tips

Liverpool looked vulnerable at set-pieces against Everton in midweek and West Ham are another team who specialise in dead-ball deliveries. James Ward-Prowse will be sending in the corners and free-kicks so he looks overpriced at 5/1 (BoyleSports) for an assist. For even longer odds, Tomas Soucek is 14/1 (SkyBet) to score a header while Michail Antonio is 12/1 (888Sport) in the same market.

Liverpool have been misfiring in front of goal but are still creating lots of chances. Trent Alexander-Arnold played some brilliant through balls in the derby and he’s 11/5 at Unibet for an assist today.

Newcastle United vs Sheffield United: Top Betting Tips

Sheffield United have been cut adrift at the bottom of the Premier League table for a while and they will be relegated today if they lose away to Newcastle United.

The Magpies battered the Blades 8-0 at Bramall Lane earlier in the season so it could get ugly again if Eddie Howe’s men score early on. Winger Anthony Gordon has been chipping in with plenty of goals this season and is 6/4 with William Hill for anytime scorer.

Sheffield United have nothing to lose so I’d imagine they will try to test Newcastle’s defence. Ben Brereton Diaz scored in the midweek loss at Old Trafford and is 49/50 at Unibet for a shot on target at St James’ Park.

Manchester United vs Burnley: Top Betting Tips

Manchester United sit just three points ahead of Newcastle in sixth place and need a win at home to Burnley to stay in the box seat for a European place next season.

The Clarets have lost just once in seven games to give themselves a chance of pulling off a great escape. Parking the bus isn’t Vincent Kompany’s style so it should be an open game.

Manchester United have scored seven times in their last two games so I like the evens on offer at SkyBet for them to net in each half here.

Aston Villa vs Chelsea: Top Betting Tips

Aston Villa can pile the pressure on Spurs in the race for a top-four finish by moving nine points clear with a win at home to Chelsea.

The Blues were dismal in midweek as they crashed 5-0 at Arsenal so Unai Emery’s men look decent value at 11/10 (BetUK) for a home victory given they’e already beaten the Gunners and Manchester City at Villa Park.

Hull City vs Ipswich Town: Top Betting Tips

With Leeds United slipping up at QPR on Friday night, Ipswich Town have an incredible chance to secure back-to-back promotions and return to the Premier League for the first time since 2002.

Ipswich still trail Daniel Farke’s men by a point but have two games in hand and play the first of those tonight when they head to Hull City. However, it won’t be easy as the Tigers are also desperate for the points as they try to pip Norwich to the final play-off slot.

Hull only have two games left to overturn that three-point deficit on the Canaries so this should be a cracker with both teams going all out for a win.

Combining BTTS and over 2.5 goals pays evens at Coral and the half-time draw also appeals at 25/19 with VBet.

Livingston vs Ross County: Top Betting Tips

With Celtic and Rangers in action tomorrow, it’s all about the fight for survival in the SPFL Premiership today and Livingston will be relegated if they lose at home to Ross County.

The Staggies beat Rangers 3-2 in their last outing and are desperate to jump above St Johnstone to avoid finishing in the relegation play-off slot. So County look decent value at 8/5 with Coral for the win.
