Voting by delegates in the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) parliamentary is underway after voting ended a while ago.

Generally, the exercise was peaceful, except in , and Bortianor Ngleshie Amanfrom where some skirmishes were recorded.

Non-certified results trickling in indicate that some incumbent MPs have retained their seats.

They include; Francis Asenso-Boakye of Bantama, KT Hammond of Adansi Asokwa, Dr Stephen Amoah for Nhyiaeso, of and Ekuful of Ablekuma West.

is reported to have lost his bid to win the Bekwai seat which was relinquished by the current First Deputy of Parliament, Joseph Osei Owusu.
