A member of the board of Media General, Madam Norkor Duah has told the management and staff that the consumer is king in whatever the station does.
To that end, she said customer satisfaction must always be at the centre of its operations.
Madam Duah said these during the 25th anniversary celebration in Accra on Friday September 30.

“For me, one of the key things I will want us to take out of this is, the consumer is always king. You cannot charter business, especially in what we find ourselves in, this sort of network, without understanding what your consumer wants.
