Statistically speaking, there’s no better side in the Premier League to back for BTTS than Luton. It’s landed in 79% of their games so far this season, including 12 of their last 13 in all competitions. BTTS no draw has landed in 9 of Luton’s last 12.

Luton have had enough going forward to find the net against the likes of Liverpool and City, but their defense really lets them down. They’ve conceded 70 in 33 games, with only Sheffield United having a worse record.

Whilst not as prolific as Luton, Brentford still rank 8th in the league for BTTS, with it landing in 67% of their games, including 6 of their last 8 games.

This selection landed when these two sides met earlier in the season, with Brentford winning 3-1. Although Brentford have a bit of a cushion, both sides can still get relegated and I expect both to be viewing this as a game they need to win. I think that means goals, and I’m backing both teams to score and someone to nick a winner.

With Norwich sitting pretty at 6th in the table, they’ll be looking to solidify their playoff place against 12th placed Bristol City. This will be a tough test though, City are in good form and are on a 5 game unbeaten run.

They go to Carrow Road, though, to face a Norwich team that has won 8 on the bounce at home, and who are unbeaten in 13 home games, a run that stretches back to the start of November.

Norwich have also had the measure of City this season, beating them twice already. Once in the EFL Cup, and once in the league. Both of those games were at Ashton Gate, and with the extra bonus of Norwich being at home here, I expect them to get the job done again.

Swindon are top of League 2 for BTTS, with the selection landing in 73% of their games, that rises to 77% when they’re away from home. In fact, it’s landed in 9 of their last 10 games. Only 1 of those 9 games ended in a draw, meaning BTTS no draw has landed in 8 of their last 10.

Despite being 19th in the league, they’re actually the league’s 5th top scorers, it’s just their defense that lets them down. They have the league’s 4th worst defense, which means their games are just packed full of goals, and often for both sides.

Grimsby rank 7th for BTTS, with the selection landing in 64% of their games. This is a battle between two sides near the bottom of the league that just can’t defend, and as such I think both will find the net on Saturday. This selection landed when the two sides met earlier in the season, with Swindon running out 2-1 winners on that day.

Notts County games are just mad for goals. They have the second best attack in league 2, but the worst defense. What a season ticket that must be. It means they’re tied with Swindon atop the BTTS table, with the selection landing in 73% of their games, including 5 of their last 6. BTTS no draw has landed in 4 of those 6 games.

Colchester are a great bet for BTTS to, ranking 3rd in the league with a 70% hit rate. It’s a selection that has hit in 7 of their last 8 games, at one stage 5 of their last 6 games had finished in a 1-1 draw. More recently, though, they have been avoiding the draws, with BTTS no draw landing in 3 of their last 4 games.

These two sides met in September, with Colchester running out 5-4 winners. That’s right, 5-4. We don’t need this game to be quite as mental, but a similar result will see this selection land again this time around.
